Return & Refund Policy

At One 4 All IT Services LLC, we strive to provide exceptional IT services, support, and solutions to all our clients. Due to the nature of technology services, prepaid support, and custom projects, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Scope

Project-based IT services

Hardware or software products sold directly by One 4 All IT Services LLC

2. Service Cancellation & Refunds

Prepaid Support Blocks:

Refunds are not provided once a prepaid support block has been purchased and scheduled.

Unused hours may be credited toward future services only if unused and requested within 30 days of purchase.

Project-Based Services:

Services initiated under a signed project agreement are non-refundable.

Any refunds will only be considered if the service is not delivered according to agreed scope and One 4 All IT Services LLC is unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable time frame.

3. Hardware / Software Products

Products purchased from One 4 All IT Services LLC may be eligible for return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

Defective Products:

Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of One 4 All IT Services LLC after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Expired or partially used prepaid support hours

Completed IT projects or custom software solutions

Remote or on-site services already performed

Digital products, licenses, or downloads

5. Requesting a Refund or Return

Client name and contact info

Invoice number or proof of purchase

Description of the issue or reason for return

6. Limitation of Liability

One 4 All IT Services LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from services or products provided.

Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price.
